What this website collects, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019).
What we collect
When you submit the Contact or Quote form on this site, we collect the information you enter into it typically your name, email address, phone number and the details of your enquiry. The Quote form also lets you attach a file (for example a site plan or title document), which is collected along with the rest of that submission. We do not collect any personal data outside of these forms.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a survey quotation. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell or share it with third parties beyond the service providers described below.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored via our hosting provider’s built-in form-handling service. Before a submission reaches the server, a bot-verification check is run to confirm it came from a real visitor rather than automated spam; this involves processing limited technical data such as your IP address and browser signals for that verification only.
Analytics and tracking
This site does not currently run any analytics, advertising or tracking scripts of any kind. If that changes in future, this policy and the cookie notice shown on your first visit will be updated first.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act (2019), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request that it be corrected, and request that it be deleted. To make a request, email us at contact@samtecgeomatics.com this is our designated contact for privacy matters.
